HORSESHOE BEND MARINA CAMPGROUND RULES
Thank you for adhering to our campground rules, created to promote an excellent camping experience for all guests here at Horseshoe Bend Marina.
1. All guests must check-in at the marina store to pay for campsite/marina fees and car parking passes.
2. Check-in starts at 2:00 P.M. Please contact us if you must check-in after 4:00 P.M. to maintain your reservation. Your site may be reassigned if you are not checked in by closing time of the first day of your reservation. No refunds for missed check-ins.
3. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. Let us know if you may need extra time.
4. Only six (6) people allowed per campsite, no matter the age. Additional visitors must rent another campsite. We will work with you to accommodate your party at a nearby campsite if available.
5. Only two (2) tents allowed per campsite. Tents are allowed on the grass.
6. Only one (1) vehicle allowed per campsite. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. Guests must check-in at marina store and park in designated parking areas, not your campsite. You may park your vehicle at your site if there is room for both your camper and your vehicle.
7. Marina boat slips may be rented daily if you want to keep your boat in the water during your stay. We recommend booking boat slips ASAP to confirm availability.
8. Boat trailer parking is not allowed on the campgrounds. Park your boats, trailers and ATVs in the designated trailer parking lot next to the boat ramp. Parking is free, and there’s plenty of it.
9. Pets must always be leashed. Dogs are not allowed to be tied up outside while you are away from your campsite. Please pick up after your dog.
10. Dogs are allowed in glamping tents with prior approval. There is a $25 fee per pet, and you are responsible for any damages incurred. Before bringing a puppy, please contact us to discuss our puppy policies.
11. Campfires are allowed in your site’s fire pit. Tennessee regulations regarding pest control and quarantine issues require you to purchase wood here at the campground. We sell heat treated wood at the marina store. Campfires must be wood only. Burning trash or leaving trash in the fire pit is not allowed. Trash belongs in your site’s trash can.
12. There is a two-night minimum on weekends and three-night minimum on holidays.
13. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. This doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your campfire during quiet hours, just be respectful of others. You may be on vacation or on your weekend getaway, but this is a family environment with children and are others that are not here to party.
14. Fishing is allowed at the kayak dock. No fishing is allowed at the marina docks.
15. Deposits are required when you make your reservations. A deposit is one night’s payment per reservation. If you make three reservations, you will have three separate deposits and confirmation emails. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
16. You must be 18 years or older to rent a campsite. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
17. Place all trash into securely closed bags and drop it in designated trash trailer next to the campground parking lot. Come down to the marina store for additional garbage can trash bags if necessary. Please leave your campsite tidy and clean.
18. Your completed reservation acknowledges your agreement with our Campground Rules. If violations occur, you may be asked to leave the campground without a refund.
